Swedish Massage

The most common type of massage, Swedish Massage is given to relax, reduce stress and increase circulation and range of motion.
Deep Tissue Massage
A massage with firmer pressure that works deeply into the muscles and connective tissues to release chronic aches and pain.
Hot Stone Therapy
The Stone Massage Therapy uses a blend of essential oils together with ancient Basalt Stones. The Basalt Stones have a very high level of iron and magnesium giving a re-energizing response to the body. The treatment is a mind, body and spirit experience where the client will reach the point of ultimate relaxation. The Hot Stone Massage increases circulation. If circulation is increased, liver, bowels and kidney detoxification is also increased.
Neuromuscular Therapy
Used to stop spasms and pain by applying pressure to specific points in the muscles (trigger points) that are painfully irritated.
Seated Massage
Massage given while you are fully clothed and seated in a special portable chair.  Great for events and in corporate settings.
Sports Massage
To help prevent athletic injury, keep the body flexible and assist in the recovery process.
Stretching Session

Assisted stretching offers an advanced form of flexibility training that involves both the stretching and contraction of the muscle group being targeted.

The individual makes no contribution, as the therapist provides an external force to assist the muscle to its fullest range of motion, taking into consideration the client's pain threshold and the feeling of muscle limitations.

Reflexology
To help improve circulation and relaxation, Reflexology uses thumb pressure on specific reflex points of the feet and hands to stimulate corresponding areas in other parts of the body.
